The Lights of Independence
From the silence of the fading dusk,
Where tears for heroes softly fell,
A nation rises, brave and just,
With stories only time can tell.
The blue and white, like sea and sky,
Now flutter proud in golden light,
As silver wings across them fly,
To mark the end of longest night.
The desert blooms, the cities sing,
From ancient hills to shores of sand,
A joyful song the voices bring,
Of peace upon this Holy Land.
Today the torch is burning bright,
For every dream that found its way,
From shadows into morning light—
A nation’s heart, a home to stay.
